Interested in becoming a Food Vendor at the Moss St. Market?

  1. Please ensure you have read over our Sell At The Market page. Also, read the Moss Street Farmers Market Policy Manual to ensure the items you wish to sell are in keeping with the Moss Street Farmers Market policies and philosophy.
  2. Please note that we encourage the use of organic, unrefined, and locally grown ingredients. Non-local ingredients should be kept to a minimum. Major ingredients and flavourings should be local. We encourage the purchase of ingredients from market farmers.Food in Jars Canning Co, May 5, 2012
  3. Read VIHA’s Guidelines for the Sale of Foods at Temporary Food Markets.
  4. Complete the two (2) separate forms, below:  

1. Food Vendor Application Form 

and 

2. Statement of Ingredients

We will contact you after the review to let you know if you have been accepted to sell at the market. Once approved, you must pay the annual membership fee and applicable stall fees to sell at the market.

VIHA Information

All prospective food vendors selling high-risk food must contact VIHA for health approval.
